Super Food Smoothie

This is a delicious and nutritious way to start your day. It is one of my favourite breakfast smoothies and it is ready in under 2 minutes.


  • 2 heaping tbsp hemp hearts
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut or coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp spirulina or 2 handfuls of spinach (organic preferably)
  • 6-8 ounces unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup fresh or frozen bluberries
  • ½ banana frozen


Place all ingredients in a blender and combine thoroughly. Enjoy!
